Fresh, not frozen

Most food doula delivery services are delivering the food frozen. And even if it is the most amazing food, personally, we prefer to eat and serve fresh food. We cook the food from scratch one day before the agreed delivery date. The food is packed in BPA free vacuum bags, eco bowl or kraft containers. Ayurveda and TCM both prefer fresh foods for their higher life energy, which supports better digestion and bodily harmony, whereas frozen foods are believed to reduce vitality and disrupt balance.

Tailored to your dietary preferences

Upon agreement we chat to find out your dietary and food preferences so that we make sure whatever is on the menu is foods you enjoy. I will send you a list of dishes for you to choose from. The dishes are adjusted to seasonality and availability of ingredients. Before your delivery you will receive the finalised menu. All dishes are gluten-free. We are happy to accommodate for vegan's, vegetarians, pescatarians.

Our dishes are crafted with the utmost care and precision, ensuring that every meal is not just a delight to the palate but also a beacon of nutrition. As a nutritionist, I understand the unique needs of mothers-to-be and new mothers, who require a perfect balance of macronutrients - proteins, carbohydrates, and fats - along with essential vitamins and minerals to support both their health and the health of their babies.
